Skiing friends, Skiing friends,
Following the latest government decisions announced on January 7, 2021, the ski lifts are expected to remain closed until the end of January. We are then hopeful of opening the ski area for the February school holidays and the second part of the season.
Many of you are sending us messages and we thank you for this precious support.
The SPL Oz Vaujany teams are continuing their activities in the field and are perfecting the preparation of the area, with grooming, snow production, preparation of installations,….
Note that the Oz mat located on the Oz snow front is operational and allows beginner skiing and tobogganing. The Tourist Office and the ski school offer daily activities. Likewise, in Vaujany, an area is maintained near the Enversin gondola, for learning to ski and sledding. The bottom of the Vaujaniate slope is maintained and dedicated to snowshoeing. The ESF and the Vaujany Tourist Office are available to provide you with information and provide support in the various practices.
By municipal decrees of Oz and Vaujany, the ski area is closed, access is at the risk and peril of those who operate on this high mountain perimeter, be careful! Please note, avalanche triggering intervention plans (PIDA) can be implemented in order to secure the routes of our teams as well as the infrastructures.
Until you can find yourself on the slopes, take good care of yourself and your loved ones.
We look forward to seeing you !
